We are hiring
Entry-Level Event Assistants
to join our growing team and support
live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, brand activations, event marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
.
This is a great opportunity for
recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, marketing, communications, or customer service

No previous event, marketing, or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
What You'll Do
Assist with
live events, promotional events, community outreach, and marketing activities
Interact with customers, event attendees, and members of the community
Provide friendly and professional
customer service
Help with event setup, registration, activities, demonstrations, and breakdown
Represent brands and organizations at community and promotional events
Share accurate information about products, services, programs, and promotions
Support
event marketing, direct marketing, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
Distribute promotional materials and assist with event activities
Help create a positive customer and attendee experience
Work with team members to meet daily event and outreach goals
Attend paid training, coaching, and professional development sessions
Develop skills in
event marketing, communication, customer service, sales, promotions, and leadership
